Feature: Error in status center should show some sort of a message

Hi,

Copying folders from "LocalState" folder gives me "Error" without any message.

It's confusing why it doesn't work, because sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. I think that it might be related to #13458.

In my last issue #13412 I was unable to copy folders and files. This issue still persists, but I can fix it by restarting Files, but now after restarting copying folders gives me error.

As a desktop app developer I work with LocalState a lot and it's annoying have to deal with these issues.

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Copy a folder from "LocalState"
2. Control center shows "Error"

Start by reproducing the copy operation from the LocalState folder and inspect the attached debug.log for the underlying failure. Trace how the status center presents the operation result; done means the error state shows a useful explanation instead of only “Error”.
