Description
### What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?
In the picture, the left one is a wav file, and the right one is a flac file converted from the left one using ffmpeg. Those unsupported characters are displayed as '?' only in the wav file.
(By default Windows doesn't support wav file metadata, so this issue also happens in the default explorer.)
### Requirements
- Correctly display those characters, just like the other formats.
- (Reference) Maybe how foobar2000 does can be considered. Those things show just fine there.
