Description

### Description

In a library with multiple folders connected you can only drag & copy/paste files into one of the connected folders. Excludes sub folders.

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Create a library (in my case 3D Projects)
2. Connect a few folders, (In my case Blender Projects & Blender Add Ons) to the Library
3. Add a few files to said folders
4. Drag or copy and paste an file/folder from one connected folder to another.
5. File defaults to the "3D Projects.library-ms" (naming issue I brought up in another [bug report](https://github.com/files-community/Files/issues/13308))
Note: You can still drag and drop to sub folders that are within the library, just not the primary folder the library has added

### Requirements

Expected behavior: being able to move an file from one library connected folder to the next.
