Description
### What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?
It would make sense to retain the non-movable status of an item within the network folder even if it's not copied into the folder, as this isn't the intended function of a network folder. When performing a drag-and-drop action from the Favorites bar, a local disk, or a cloud drive to the "Network" folder, the prompt "Copy to network" appears. Furthermore, while inside the folder and holding the item, the text "Copy to..." is displayed, instead of the "Prohibited" symbol used for the home page.
### Requirements
Implement a mechanism to preserve the non-movable status even if an item is not physically copied into the network folder.
