Feature: Dual Pane Move And Copy Shortcut

### What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

I believe that implementing a move and copy functionality between dual panes would significantly improve the user experience.
Having a dedicated key, such as "F6," to move selected items from one pane to the other, and using "Ctrl + F6" for copying selected items between the panes, would be a valuable enhancement.

### Requirements

- Implement key binding for "F6" to trigger the move action when files or folders are selected in dual-pane view.
- Implement key binding for "Ctrl + F6" to trigger the copy action when files or folders are selected in dual-pane view.
