Feature: Support for optimizing for specific document types

### What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

A setting to automatically show/hide columns based on the folder contents would be very useful and allow us to optimize for different folder types.

### Requirements

- Replace "details layout columns" setting with an option for "Optimize columns in the details layout"
- Add an option for "automatic" (this will switch the columns based on the content of the directory)
- Add an option for documents
- Add an option for photos
- Add an option for git
- Add an option for music files
- Add an option for custom (will allow the user to choose the columns on their own)
