Feature: Dropdown menus on columns to provide additional filtering options

### What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

On Explorer, when you hover over the columns, there are extra dropdown menus giving you more options of filtering the files within a directory. On Files however, when you hover over these columns, it does not show the same dropdown arrow and clicking just switches sorting.


I'd like to see it implemented on Files as well. After all, this ~~looks like~~ **is** a very neat feature from Explorer.

### Requirements

- Add a dropdown arrow when hovering over column titles such as Tags, Size, Type, Date, and Date Created which should provide additional options just like on Explorer.
