Bug: Endless access to usb stick

### Description

When I insert a usb stick into my computer and have Files open, the stick is constantly blinking, it will never stop blinking.
If I close Files and wait a while, then I put my stick in and this doesn't happen.

Files endlessly accesses the usb stick, why?.

Open Files
Insert usb stick into computer
See if the stick is being accessed and its light is flashing.
