Feature: Show pinned files on the recent files widget

### What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

File Explorer has a "favorites" widget on the homepage which displays pinned files, we should do the same but instead of a separate widget, we should display them at the top of the recent files widget with an icon to indicate they are pinned.

### Requirements

- This proposal will display pinned files at the top of the recent files widget
- Pinned files will have an icon indicating they are pinned
- Right clicking a file in the widget will display an option to pin/unpin the file
