Feature: Auto refresh icons when icons are changed

### What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

A way to refresh the icons on the favorites bar. I really like to use folder icons with my favorited folders so that it is easy to identify them, but when I change an icon for a favorited folder, I have to remove the favorite and add it back again.

### Requirements

- Add file watcher for items in the sidebar to reload icons when they're changed
