Feature: Redirect tab to home page when drive is unmounted

### What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

In File Explorer, whenever you unmount a drive or a removable device while folders are still open, those folders will automatically close. Having the tabs still displayed while the actual drive is no longer accessible will be useless.

### Requirements

- Close open tabs related to the drive as soon as it's unmounted/disconnected.
- If no other tabs are open, open a new tab to the home page.
