Description
I was reading: https://github.com/filecoin-project/specs/blob/master/network-protocols.md and saw there is a BlockSync section
Currently, go-filecoin does not support BlockSync cause it uses GraphSync (and formerly Bitswap) and as far as I know, has no plans to support BlockSync.
It seems to me if the main implementation is now using or in the future using BlockSync, we should at minimum clarify that many nodes may not support this protocol and it's purely optional.

Research direction
Read network-protocols.md and its BlockSync section first. Compare the protocol-support wording with the issue's GraphSync and Bitswap context; done means the specification clearly states whether BlockSync is optional and that many nodes may not support it.
