Description: set up meeting with CNL people concerned about censorship attack and with core devs to get community-wide agreement on common requirements and reasonable assumptions for the architecture for fast finality in Filecoin (aka Finalizer + Granite).
ETA: Setting up weekly meeting this week. Meetings will not go on for longer than we need but no shorter than we should.
