Description
Right now, I am using my personal credentials for both these secrets. I think we have a machine user we should probably swtich over to. In particular, the new Github Traffic metrics collection requires a token with write access to the repo, and while I have write access to filecoin-project/lotus, I might not forever, and I don't have write access to most other filecoin-project repos we might want to monitor.

Research direction
Start by locating where SNAP_STORE_CREDENTIALS, GITHUB_TOKEN, and CIRCLECI_TOKEN are configured in this GitOps repository. Confirm which machine user should replace the personal credentials and that it has the required access for GitHub Traffic metrics across the relevant repositories; done means all three secrets use the approved machine identity.
