### Description
In order to fully fulfill the requirements of https://github.com/filecoin-project/sentinel-visor/issues/605 we need to track message receipts return values. Doing so will allow consumers of visor to track the results of messages executed on chain.
### Acceptance criteria
Find an appropriate table, likely receipts, and extract receipts return value
