## Project Description
Veil Protocol is a quantum-resistant neobank protocol with two
components relevant to Filecoin:

1. @veil_/x402-pqc — a post-quantum extension to the HTTP 402
payment standard using ML-KEM-768 + ML-DSA-65 (NIST FIPS 203/204).
Live on npm, payment contract deployed on Base mainnet. This is
the first PQC-native payment rail for AI agents.

2. Ghost AI agent — an intent-classification agent (DistilBERT,
96.7% accuracy) that executes DeFi in plain English, gated behind
x402-pqc payment verification. Live on 3 production nodes.

**Filecoin integration:** Deploy x402-pqc payment gating to
Filecoin/FVM storage deal payments. AI agents storing data on
Filecoin would pay for storage deals via x402-pqc — quantum-resistant,
autonomous, no manual key management.

## Deliverables
- Milestone 1: @veil_/x402-pqc SDK updated with FVM support +
Filecoin testnet deployment ($5,000)
- Milestone 2: Ghost agent template for Filecoin storage deal
execution + developer docs ($5,000)
- Milestone 3: Mainnet deployment + integration guide ($5,000)

## Total Budget
$15,000 USD equivalent

Research direction

The proposal points to the @veil_/x402-pqc npm package and the veil-protocol-1/veil-pqc repository; begin by reviewing that repository and its current SDK and deployment entry points. Done would require the three stated milestones: FVM support and testnet deployment, a Ghost agent template with developer docs, and a mainnet deployment with an integration guide. No files or tests are named.
