## Project Summary
Fry Networks operates a multi-vertical DePIN ecosystem with 19,000+ active devices submitting real-world data (bandwidth, weather, GNSS, air quality, AI compute workloads) across 23+ countries. Today, validated sensor data is stored on centralized servers. We will build a Filecoin-native data permanence layer that archives Proof of Connectivity (PoC4All) attestations and raw sensor streams to Filecoin, making DePIN data provably permanent, censorship-resistant, and retrievable by enterprise buyers.

The integration ports our existing data pipeline (Python/FastAPI on Docker) to write validated device batches into Filecoin via Lotus/Boost deals. A new `fry.filecoin` segment token will reward device operators specifically for data that has been onboarded to Filecoin, creating a direct incentive link between physical contributions and decentralized storage.

## Impact
DePINs generate massive real-world datasets that are currently siloed or stored on cloud providers. Filecoin is the natural permanence layer for this data, but no DePIN on Algorand or BNB Chain has built a native Filecoin integration. Fry Networks bridges that gap: 19K devices × multi-vertical data × Filecoin permanence = a new category of recurring storage demand driven by physical infrastructure rather than human uploads.

- Filecoin deal automation pipeline integrated into Fry Networks data ingestion (FastAPI → Lotus/Boost)
- PoC4All attestations archived as CAR files with CIDs logged on-chain
- New `fry.filecoin` segment token for device operators who contribute data that reaches Filecoin

## Maintenance Plans
Fry Networks operates revenue-generating DeFi (fry.farm) and fNODE monetization (Olostep AI workloads). Filecoin storage costs will be covered by ongoing DeFi fees + enterprise data API revenue. The integration becomes self-sustaining once enterprise retrieval monetization is live (Milestone 2).
