### 1. What is your project and what problem does it solve? (max 100 words)

Karyra is a local blockchain readiness platform for beginner communities in Indonesia. It helps learners understand blockchain fundamentals through structured courses, short lessons, community workshops, optional reflections, and a Readiness Passport. Many local communities first encounter blockchain through trading hype, scams, fear, or technical confusion. Karyra solves this by creating a safer pre-transaction readiness layer: learning, participation, reviewed proof records, and readiness evidence before real blockchain activity.

### 2. How is Filecoin used in this project?

Karyra will use Filecoin as a decentralized proof archive layer for learning, participation, and readiness evidence.

The platform currently produces learning and community evidence such as lesson completion, course progress, quest/reflection submissions, workshop participation, proof records, and Readiness Passport snapshots. With this grant, Karyra will prepare selected proof records as archive-ready proof manifests.

During this grant, Karyra will focus on proof manifest design, archive-ready examples, Filecoin Calibration planning, and a clear future implementation path using Filecoin ecosystem tooling such as Filecoin Onchain Cloud / Synapse SDK.

This project can grow Filecoin usage by creating a local education use case where community learning and participation evidence becomes archive-ready and eventually stored through Filecoin.

### 5. Adoption, Reach, and Growth Strategies

Karyra targets local Indonesian communities, blockchain beginners, Web3/crypto beginners, workshop participants, community educators, and local facilitators.

The project already has a public MVP and an early local community base in Batang, Indonesia. Karyra's adoption strategy is not based on speculative rewards or trading incentives. Instead, it uses a readiness-first path:
