Project Overview
Quantir proposes to build a risk intelligence and monitoring layer for the Filecoin ecosystem, focused on storage-market reliability, Filecoin Virtual Machine activity, ecosystem infrastructure, and integration-ready risk alerts.
Quantir is a DeFi and on-chain risk monitoring platform that continuously collects protocol, market, and transaction activity, computes normalized risk signals, detects abnormal behavior, and delivers machine-readable alerts together with human-readable explanations through API and WebSocket interfaces.
For Filecoin, Quantir will adapt its monitoring architecture to track public ecosystem signals such as storage-provider activity, storage deal health, large FIL flows, FVM contract activity, liquidity or market stress around FIL-related applications, and infrastructure-level anomalies. The goal is to help Filecoin ecosystem teams, builders, storage clients, and operators understand what is changing, how risky it may be, and why it matters before issues become visible only through service degradation, market stress, or user impact.
Problem
Filecoin has become one of the most important decentralized storage networks, but ecosystem monitoring remains fragmented across explorers, dashboards, storage-provider tools, FVM analytics, and manual operational checks.
Builders and operators can observe raw data, but they often lack a normalized view of storage-market and ecosystem risk, early warning for abnormal storage-provider or deal behavior, explainable alerts for FVM and FIL-related on-chain activity, integration-ready risk feeds for dashboards and bots, and a unified way to connect storage, market, infrastructure, and protocol signals.
Proposed Solution
Quantir will build a Filecoin-aware monitoring module that converts public storage, infrastructure, and on-chain ecosystem signals into structured risk scores and explainable alerts.
The system will include Filecoin-specific signal mapping, public data ingestion, risk signal taxonomy, normalized scoring logic, explainable alert generation, API/WebSocket-ready alert schemas, a reference integration, validation examples, and final technical documentation.
The first version will not replace Filecoin-native storage tools or provide custody, storage brokerage, or investment advice. It will focus on monitoring, early warning, and explainable risk outputs that other ecosystem tools can consume.

Quantir can help Filecoin by improving ecosystem visibility and operational monitoring. The project would provide a reusable risk intelligence layer that helps storage clients, builders, infrastructure operators, FVM application teams, and ecosystem analysts detect abnormal conditions earlier.

Milestone 2: Ingestion Prototype and Risk Signal Layer
Timeline: Weeks 3-4
Funding requested: $12,000
Deliverables: Filecoin-aware ingestion prototype, normalized signal generation, initial risk scoring logic, sample alert generation, and basic test coverage.
Success criteria: prototype processes selected Filecoin/FVM ecosystem signals and generates structured alerts from sample or public data.
Milestone 3: Explainable Alerts and Integration Outputs
Timeline: Weeks 5-6
Funding requested: $10,000
Deliverables: explanation logic, API/WebSocket-ready output schemas, reference consumer or integration example, and sample documentation for downstream tools.
Success criteria: alerts include severity, score, reasons, evidence, and explanation; reference integration can consume and display alerts.
Milestone 4: Validation, Documentation, and Final Delivery

Funding requested: $8,000
Deliverables: validation examples, final setup guide, testing guide, final technical report, and public or reviewable repository with code, schemas, examples, and documentation.
Success criteria: at least 3 validation cases, at least 10 sample alert scenarios, and complete reviewable deliverables.
