### 1. What is your project and what problem does it solve? (max 100 words)
SwipePad solves "Impact Opacity" in crowdfunding. Currently, donors lack a permanent, verifiable record of project delivery, and data remains trapped in centralized silos. We have built a mobile-first "swipe-to-donate" DApp where curators verify projects via an intuitive UI. This grant integrates IPFS/Filecoin to store project metadata, curator reviews, and proof-of-impact. By decentralizing this trust history, we create a permanent "Impact Graph" that is censorship-resistant and community-owned, providing a decentralized reference for global donors and DAOs. We turn every donation and review into a permanent on-chain record. Projects would be asked to report using a IPFS integration to proof the delivery on-chain.

### 2. How is Filecoin used in this project?
We utilize IPFS for content-addressed storage of project profiles, curator reviews, and impact updates. Filecoin is used for long-term archival of this data via the Web3.Storage API. Our middleware would automatically generates a unique CID for every "swipe-to-approve" event, pinning the metadata to IPFS. This grows on-chain activity on Filecoin by onboarding the "Trust History" of over 2,800 verified projects currently in our database, ensuring project reputations are persistent and independent of SwipePad’s internal servers.
### 3. How will you improve your project with this grant? What steps will you take to meet this objective?
| Number | Grant Deliverable | Briefly describe how you will meet deliverable objectives | Timeframe (within 3 months)|
| :--- | :------ | :--- | :--- |
| 1. | IPFS Metadata Pipeline | Build the automated backend pipeline to convert 2,800+ project records into CID-linked JSON metadata pinned to IPFS. | Month 1 |
| 2. | Curation Middleware | Develop the "Swipe-to-Approve" logic that records curator signatures and review notes as permanent Filecoin-backed records. | Month 2 |
| 3. | Public Trust API | Launch a public-facing endpoint allowing external DAOs (like Lil Nouns) to verify project legitimacy using Filecoin-stored data. | Month 3 |
| 4. | Mainnet Pilot | Execute a pilot launch with 50 projects during the International Day of the Bee (May 20, 2026) with full data decentralization. Note: If the data is too close we agree to move the data to be fully prepare for a proper collective launch | Month 3 |
### 4. What is the total amount of this grant request?
$10,000
### 5. Adoption, Reach, and Growth Strategies
Our target audience consists of 2,800+ verified projects and 30+ community launch partners (e.g., Lil Nouns, Celo Public Goods, Greenpill, Regen Coordination, Earthist). We engage them through an "Invisible Web3" UX, where data decentralization occurs automatically behind a familiar mobile interface.
We aim to onboard our first 1,000+ users during our May 20, 2026 launch. By providing "Permanent Proof-of-Impact" via Filecoin, we offer builders a level of trust that centralized platforms like GoFundMe cannot match.
### 6. If accepted, do you agree to share monthly project updates in this Github Issue until the project described here is complete?
Yes.
### 7. Does your proposal comply with our Community Code of Conduct?
Yes.
### 8. Links and submissions
* Previously awarded the Solution Development Grant by Ethereum for the World and Celo Public Goods, for milestones 1-4, reaching 2,800+ project verifications.
