Provide best practices for reading and writing data in Pando

Using dealbot's integration as a primary example, work with the Pando team to write up a best practices guide for Pando users. This should cover:
- A standard format for writing an aggregate metric (i.e. a reputation score)
- A standard format for writing raw metrics (i.e. dealbot DSR metrics)
- A guide on whether the producer should publish data directly to Pando or publish a link to the data
- A guide on how to read data from Pando using published schemas
