Copy client address in deal proposal button doesn't work on Brave Browser

These client addresses can not be read because they are truncated, hovering it doesn't show it, the source doesn't show it, and the "copy" button does nothing.

Start by running Boost 1.7.2 and reproducing the issue in Brave from the boost UI deal proposal view, following the two reported steps. Investigate the client-address display and copy-button behavior; done means the full address is accessible and copying works in Brave without breaking the existing UI.
