[feat] Show Boost Logs in Reverse Chronological Order

To improve the user experience when viewing deal states on Boost, show the logs in reverse chronological order to reduce the need to scroll.

Start by locating the Boost deal-state log view and its current ordering logic. Check how the logs are rendered and verify the intended newest-first order against the issue screenshot or UI; done means the latest log appears first and scrolling is reduced.
