Documentation needs improvement

unnix looks really cool, and I'm definitely going to experiment with it. But the documentation is pretty sparse. It would be great if the manifest file documentation covered the full capabilities of the tool.

This might be an area where using AI to write some more docs could be useful, assuming you can stomach the stilted language LLMs tend to generate.
