Management of trasactions created with the app

When a transaction is made there are some factors that can stop the cofirmation of the transaction, should be a way for keep a trace of this transactions and show the state in where they are, allowing resend them

A type that manage all transactions, the transactions will be send to it, and it will be in charge of send them, re send them, and keep trace of their status
