Initial classes and entry points for integrating Bitcoin accounts into FiberCrypto wallet.
**Possible implementation**
- [ ] Initial implementation of Bitcoin altcoin plugin
- [ ] Implement wallet environment (and storage) compatible with Electrum file format
- [ ] Not implemented placeholders for the other main classes
