Description

Hi,

I'm getting the following error. I just cloned and following the instructions.

## Repro Steps
1. Do a fresh git clone
2. `cd libav.wasm`
3. Run `npx lerna run bootstrap` (Finishes successfully)
4. Run `npx lerna run build`
5. Result: See error below

## Error

```

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
