Description

**Describe the bug**
When running my server with `--require` flags, those modules get re-loaded several times during ffmpeg's transcoding.

**To Reproduce**
I've created a reproduction repo with reproduction steps in the README: https://github.com/kentcdodds/ffmpeg-require-flag

**Expected behavior**
I expect the `--require`ed module to only run once.

**Desktop:**
- OS: macOS
- Node
- Version 16.3.0

**Additional context**
In my real scenario, I use `--require` during development to require some HTTP interception mocks and to initialize development-time environment variables.
