Business dev deals to add lots of content to the site

Ideas:
- Brightstorm's AP content is massively underutilized. I could license it, sell it to StudyNotes visitors, and give them a cut of the revenue. Little work and free money for them. I do all the work to get sales. (Not actually that hard, since it's perfectly targeted and I won't have to make the content.)
- License Monterey Institute for Technology and Education's AP notes. They are good and currently locked in a terrible format so Google hasn't indexed them yet (verify this).
