Issue with Safari Video sending in all demos

Hi I've been using SimplePeer for sending webcam video to peers.

I was having an issue between multiple Safari - it seems have trouble sending the video to other Safari windows. It seems that when the new client connects - it refreshes the existing mediastream/peer - but doesn't do it properly.

It seems to occur in all the application on the site e.g. https://peercalls.com/

Steps to reproduce =>

1. Safari A => start a call. See A's video
2. Safari B => join this call.
Now in [B] I see B's stream ok and a Black window for [A]
In [A] - I see Black window for [A] and B's stream ok
