Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token (at VM9 buffer@6.0.3:1:2)

I keep running into an error associated with an invalid or unexpected token at (VM9 buffer@6.0.3:1:2) and (buffer@6.0.3:1:2). I'm calling the library from "https://bundle.run/buffer@6.0.3". Most of the times it's usually working fine but sometimes it doesn't. I was assuming it's due to running the library from disk cache?
