Cannot download a particular video

Ytdl version : 4.0.3
Node version : 15.0.1

I cannot download [this ](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p8RqVMc08RE)particular video ( no issues with other videos as of now ). It does not throw any error or anything but it get rather stuck.
