Description
Just discovered this app - thank you, as a modern replacement for ConEmu it's excellent!
The one main feature it's missing for me is Quake mode - where the app runs permanently in the system tray, and when summoned it slides down from the top of the screen. The same hotkey can be used to completely dismiss the terminal, causing it to slide back up off the top of the screen and then disappearing from the taskbar. (The window is not closed, just 'minimized to system tray').
I'm aware that part of this functionality already exists, the main issue being that pressing the show/hide hotkey a second time minimizes the terminal to the taskbar, not the system tray, cluttering it up. Strictly speaking, I'd be happy with only the 'minimize to system tray' functionality.
Request breakdown:
- Option to minimize to system tray when pressing hide/show a second time
- Option to lock window location at the top-middle of screen, with top edge of window locked at top of screen and window always centered on x-axis
- Less importantly, a brief animation where window slides from off top of screen to correct location
- In this mode, window should have no titlebar, instead a combined tabbar, menu button and window controls should appear at bottom of window.
