[Feature Request] add scroll by line

Would it be possible to add single-line scrolling with Shift-Up and Shift-Down, similar to MinTTY and many other terminals?

Scrolling by page (Shift-PgUp and Shift-PgDn) works nicely, but it is often useful to have more fine-grained control.

Ideally, it would be nice to have this as another configurable key binding (along with the page scrolling), but I'd be happy with the usual Shift-Up/Down. I notice that the Windows Console has just Ctrl-Up/Down, so some people might prefer that.
