Open new terminals as tabs, but only on active virtual desktop

## Steps to reproduce
- Go to Virtual Desktop 1 and open a flute instance
- Activate the "open new terminals as tab" preference
- Go to Virtual Desktop 2 and open another flute instance (e. g. Win + R)

## Expected behavior
- The new terminal is opened on Desktop 2, in a new window

## Actual behavior
- The new terminal is opened on Desktop 1, in the old window, and I am disrupted from my work on Desktop 2 and need to manually move the new terminal to Desktop 2 separately
