Reset window size from maximized window mode when open settings

If terminal opened in windows maximized window mode and trying to open settings, then main window exit from maximized screen mode and resize to default size (as i think). Settings window opening without errors.

Windows 10 version 1903

I had this effect, only when do this steps:

1. If terminal open - change them size to any small (exit from maximized size)
2. exit terminal and server
3. open terminal
4. maximized it by windows button "square" near the cross button in left top panel
5. choose "settings" in menu
