Description
It would be great if Clippy's output came out of the speech bubble he used to use. The Windows 95 looking window is great for settings, but using it for input and output feels a little out of place. However, to accomplish this, Clippy's output would likely need to be more brief. (not sure how best to accomplish that) What I most want those, is when I ask him how to do 'Something' he responds with "It looks like you're trying to do 'something'"
An simple checkboxs option for Flash Attenuation for models would give better performance for the ones that support it, in my experience, most do these days.
It would be kinda fun if Clippy's personality came through a bit more. I'm going to experiment with some changes to the system prompt to have him act a little more like clippy.
I think if Clippy remains idle for a random amount of time after a floor of a few minutes, he should output some of his old sayings. I couldn't find a 100% accurate list of Clippy quotes, but I did find this page which seems to be pretty close: [Clippy Quotes](https://quotepoem.com/rule/clippy-quotes/)

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. First separate the requested speech-bubble UI, model flash-attenuation setting, personality prompt, and idle quote behavior, then locate the corresponding desktop UI and model interaction code. Done means each selected behavior has an agreed scope and working implementation without leaving the requests ambiguous.
