Feature: Add VSO Integration

We'll need a VSO integration, allowing us to see checkins, builds, projects, etc. VSO has a neat REST interface that we could probably use for that (http://www.visualstudio.com/en-us/integrate/reference/reference-vso-overview-vsi.aspx). Features I envision for a basic integration that is usable:
## Git
- Repo Overview
- Last Pull Requests
- Last Commits
- Stats
## Projects and Teams
- List of projects
- List of teams

Test management, Work Item tracking and TFS Version Control is probably a bit more interaction based and probably requires a bit more thought.
