How to upload exceed images automatically

- I have a upload limit of 5 but user uploaded 7 images, so 5 uploaded and 2 are not.

- If user deleted any 2 uploaded image how can we upload remaining 2 un-uploaded images automatically.

- Is there any way to handle this used case.
