Use the [FastAPI docs for OpenAPI Webhooks](https://fastapi.tiangolo.com/advanced/openapi-webhooks/) for reference. Show how to use it with both `air.Air` and the forthcoming `app.fastapi_app` proxy. Change mention of it in the code to point at Air.
