BUG: Cannot create multi-file examples in examples/ with non-Air dependencies

**Describe the bug**

In [the TortoiseORM demo PR](https://github.com/feldroy/air/actions/runs/19085849027/job/54525764489?pr=751) I ran into build failures because a dependency of the demo Air project is not a regular Air dependency

**Expected outcome**

When you create a multi-file example, you should be able to specify whatever dependencies you want

Start by reproducing the failure from the TortoiseORM demo PR and its linked GitHub Actions run, focusing on the multi-file examples in examples/. Verify how a dependency outside the regular Air dependencies is specified and built. Done means a multi-file example with arbitrary dependencies builds successfully.
