Can't install on Android TV box

Hi there! I had no issues installing this app on an old Nexus 7 tablet, but am trying to install on a Vorke Android TV box, since it has two USB A ports and is always plugged in.

The issue is that once I install the APK, make sure to grant storage permissions, and click "install", the top # stays at 0% and the app freezes while loading "bootstrap (arm)", and basically as soon as I move the mouse (cannot click logs). Soon, the device restarts.

After that happens, I can open the main window of Octo4a just fine, but it says "installation corrupted - tap to reinstall the app". If I do that, it starts the process all over again.

Any advice? I've tried over wifi and ethernet, as well as using a free VPN as I had seen someone suggest.
