Description

Both sides have rendering issues with the text overlapping code blocks.
Slide 68 says "A constexpr function is always evaluated at run-time if: [...] contains references to run-time global variables *(pure function)* or [...]"
As far as my understanding that is the exact opposite of a pure function.

Research direction

Inspect Chapter 7 slides 67-68 and reproduce the text overlap around the code blocks. Verify the constexpr statement on slide 68 against the intended pure-function meaning, then correct the slide content and rendering issues and review both slides for readable layout.
