Update the feast operator for repo config CM to point to the CaCert in TLS case

Yes, we are dynamically pulling it in `2-client-rbac-test-pod.ipynb` but the cert path is not modified. So this shows the modified version of that.

I had plans to update the feast operator code, but I reserve it for next PR. Lets get this in first.

For now I will make a note to change the cert path in the notebook file.
