[Question] Would this sample be approved by the App Review Team for advance access?

I'm building an app with very much the same characteristics of this sample app. An automated experience for businesses to reward customers that mention their IG account in their story mentions.

We are hitting a very frustrating block with the App Review team, we believe we have implemented the necessary processes:

- send and receive messages, we have 2 text messages we handle "Join Rewards" and "Leave Rewards" both of these reply back with confirmation.
- we also implement story mention handling, same has above but we just handle it different if it is a story mention payload message, and we show the CDN content on our app.
- we also implement the ability for the user to delete the story mention and messages, which we remove all content from being seen on the app.

All of these use cases have been described in our app review submitting and the accompanying screencasts demonstrating it. However we keep getting our app review rejected!

Unfortunately direct support is unable to elaborate exactly what it is that they think we're missing and just sends this back on a loop:

"Regarding Instagram_manage_messages, the use case which you have provided in the submission is valid for only one of the functions of this permission. However, if you are requesting Instagram_manage_messages you need to implement all the features like sending and receiving of user messages, story mention, message deletion and CDN URL usage for the permission to be approved."

And since our app is so similar in implemented features as this sample. I wonder, would this app be granted Advanced Access to the permissions it requires?
