Please add support for the Codex Responses Lite model-catalog capability in CC Switch.

CC Switch currently allows users to configure a custom Codex `modelCatalog`, but the per-model Responses Lite flag is not represented or reliably preserved by the provider form, normalization logic, or generated model catalog.
