Error: Search request is failed

Whenever i search subtitles manually or when im `cd`ing into the movie folder

```

Reproduce the failure with the reported `subf` command, both after changing into a movie folder and when searching manually. Trace the CLI's search-request path to identify why it returns "Search request is failed"; done means subtitle search works in the reported scenarios and the failure is covered by an appropriate verification.
