Description

Hey hey, came across Respond Framework and think it sounds really interesting. I wanted to see if you all needed help working on the docs.

I originally dug through the initial design docs, kinda struggling to understand what the framework was all about, until I came across something that was very intriguing:

```js
const Component = (props, state, actions) => {}
```

The new readme is looking more user centric than the initial design doc, but I still feel like I'm trying to grasp the big picture of how all of the features come together to make the framework great.

As a potential Respond user, the first thing I want to know is, why should I buy into this framework and change the way I normally write my react/redux apps?

It'd be great to concisely explain why I need to be using Respond: a list of features, a problem statement/solution, that kind of stuff to hook me in. After that, I'd like a clear, full picture of what the code I'm going to write will look like.

I'd be happy to share more input if you're interested. I think you all have had some of the most interesting ideas in the React space lately, and I'd like to help support
