Suggestion: Rename the project to Tanstack Start

First off, thanks so much for creating this library/framework/meta-framework.

I wanted to suggest a name change because the name "remixx" can be a bit confusing.

I suggest renaming it to TanStack Start, as it aligns perfectly with the project's goal and vision. If this suggestion can contribute even a tiny bit to the success of this fantastic project, it would mean a lot to me.
