How to do the inference test with a particular class ?

Can you please let me know if there is a way to do the inference and get the predicted mask for a particular class. For example, if I want to do a segmentation only for "tree" class. How can I use the pre-trained model and check the inference on the images or videos. I look forward to hearing from you and thanks in advance!
